Will a regional ExitLag code work in another country?

Only if your account falls within the same pricing area. A code made for a specific country group will not activate on an account registered elsewhere, so match the code to the account.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you then enter it in the prepaid code field on your ExitLag account.

What happens if I already have an active subscription?

A prepaid code adds paid time to your ExitLag account rather than replacing your card details. There is no leftover cash balance, as the code converts straight into subscription time.

Do I need to pay before trying ExitLag?

No. Every ExitLag account includes a three day free trial, so you can test the service first and apply a code afterwards.

Can I use one code on more than one account?

No. A code activates on the single ExitLag account where it is entered and cannot be reused elsewhere.

ExitLag subscription codes

ExitLag is a routing service for online games that sends your connection through optimised paths to reduce lag, packet loss and instability. A prepaid subscription code adds paid time to an ExitLag account.

Codes are entered into the prepaid code field once you have an account, and cover plan lengths from a single month up to a full year.

About ExitLag subscriptions

ExitLag works alongside supported online games, choosing better network routes between your machine and the game servers so that ping spikes and dropped packets are less disruptive. It suits competitive players, people on long or congested routes to game servers, and anyone who wants steadier connections during peak hours.

A prepaid code is the simple way to pay for that time without keeping a card on file. Plan durations range from monthly cover through quarterly and semiannual terms to annual subscriptions, with separate versions tied to different pricing areas. If you buy codes for other services too, ExitLag sits alongside other prepaid codes and gift cards in the same way: one code, one account, one balance of paid time.

How to redeem an ExitLag code

Every ExitLag account starts with a three day free trial, so you can install the client and test your games before applying a prepaid code.

Create a free ExitLag account if you do not already have one.
Sign in to that account.
Open the prepaid code window.
Type your ExitLag code into the field.
Confirm to activate the subscription time on your account.

Regions and choosing the right plan

ExitLag prices its subscriptions differently by country, so the codes are split into separate versions. A code issued for a particular set of countries activates on an account registered in that area, while the global version is not tied to one country.

Check which area your ExitLag account belongs to before buying, and pick the matching plan length and region so the code activates without trouble.

Regions currently listed for ExitLag: Global, RoW, BR/MX/PH/TH/ZA. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
