How to redeem a FNAC gift card

Redemption depends on the country the card belongs to: French cards are used on fnac.com, Belgian cards on fnac.be. Ticketing cards are entered at fnacspectacles.com when buying a show, or presented at the counter.

If your basket comes to more than the balance, the remainder can be paid with any accepted payment method, and the credit may be used in full or in part.

  2. Sign in to your account, or create one.
  3. Find the gift voucher section, on fnac.be under "My orders" at "Gift voucher".
  4. Enter the card number and the confidential code from the scratch area.
  5. Confirm so the amount is added to your account balance.
  6. At the payment stage, apply the voucher balance to your order.
  7. Complete any remaining amount with another accepted payment method.

Regions and where a FNAC card works

FNAC cards are tied to the country whose store issued them. A French card is registered and spent on the French site and its stores, while a Belgian card belongs to the Belgian site and account. The two are not interchangeable, so buy for the country the recipient actually shops in.
