Can I use a Lazada gift card in another country?

No. Each code works only in the Lazada store of the country it was issued for. Buy the card that matches the store where the order will be placed.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you then apply it as a voucher code on the Lazada payment page.

What if my order costs more than the card value?

Apply the code first, then pay the remaining balance with another accepted payment method. Cash on delivery cannot be combined with a gift card.

Can I use it for digital products?

Does it work in the Lazada app as well as the website?

Yes. The code can be applied at payment on the Lazada website and in the iOS and Android apps.

Lazada gift cards

Lazada gift cards are voucher codes you apply at the payment stage of a Lazada order. They put credit towards the marketplace's usual range of physical goods, from electronics and home items to fashion, beauty and everyday essentials.

Each code belongs to one country's Lazada store, so the card is chosen to match where the shopper buys.

About Lazada gift cards

Lazada is one of South East Asia's large online marketplaces, with separate country stores serving shoppers through its website and its iOS and Android apps. A Lazada gift card works as credit towards orders placed in the store it was issued for, covering the marketplace's physical product range rather than digital products.

The card suits regular marketplace shoppers, anyone sending a present to family or friends in the region, and buyers who prefer to settle an order with a code instead of a card or bank transfer. Values run from small top-ups in pesos, Singapore dollars, baht and dong up to larger amounts for bigger purchases, and sit alongside other prepaid gift cards for shopping brands.

How to redeem a Lazada gift card

The code is applied as a voucher code on the Lazada payment page, whether you shop on the website or in the iOS or Android app. It cannot be used on orders paid by cash on delivery, and it does not apply to digital products.

Sign in to your Lazada account on the website or in the app.
Add the items you want to your cart and continue to checkout.
Choose a payment method other than cash on delivery.
Find the voucher code field on the payment page.
Enter the gift card code and apply it.
Check that the credit has been applied, then place the order.

Regions and where each card works

Lazada runs a separate store for each country it serves, and a gift card code is tied to the store it was issued for. A code bought for one country's Lazada store will not apply to an order placed in another country's store, even from the same account.

Pick the card for the country the recipient actually shops in and whose currency their orders are priced in. If you are buying as a present, confirm which Lazada store they use before choosing.

Regions currently listed for Lazada: Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
