How to redeem a Lazada gift card

The code is applied as a voucher code on the Lazada payment page, whether you shop on the website or in the iOS or Android app. It cannot be used on orders paid by cash on delivery, and it does not apply to digital products.

1. Sign in to your Lazada account on the website or in the app.
2. Add the items you want to your cart and continue to checkout.
3. Choose a payment method other than cash on delivery.
4. Find the voucher code field on the payment page.
5. Enter the gift card code and apply it.
6. Check that the credit has been applied, then place the order.

Regions and where each card works

Lazada runs a separate store for each country it serves, and a gift card code is tied to the store it was issued for. A code bought for one country's Lazada store will not apply to an order placed in another country's store, even from the same account.
