Can I use a Mango gift card in another country?

No. The code belongs to the Mango online store of the country it was issued for and is redeemed in that store's currency. Choose the card for the market the recipient uses.

Can I use the card in a Mango shop?

These gift cards are for online orders only. They are entered at the end of the checkout process on the Mango website.

What happens to any balance I do not spend?

Any amount left after an order stays on the code, so you can apply it to a later purchase. If your basket costs more than the card, pay the difference with another method.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, so you can enter it at the Mango checkout straight away.

Can I combine a gift card with other payment?

Yes. The gift voucher code covers as much of the order total as its value allows, and the remainder is settled with your chosen payment method.

Mango gift cards

A Mango gift card is a prepaid code that pays for clothing, footwear and accessories in the Mango online store. The code is applied at the end of the order, so it covers whatever you have placed in the basket.

Cards are issued for individual European countries, and each one belongs to the Mango store of that country.

About Mango gift cards

Mango is a Spanish fashion house selling womenswear, menswear, kidswear and accessories across Europe. A Mango gift card can be spent on the full online range, from everyday basics and denim to tailoring, shoes and bags, which makes it a straightforward present for anyone who already shops the label.

Face values run from small amounts suited to a single accessory up to larger sums for a fuller order, and are issued in euros as well as local currencies such as Czech koruna and Polish zloty. Mango sits alongside other fashion and lifestyle brands in the store's prepaid gift card range.

The card is intended for online use only, so it suits shoppers who order through the Mango website rather than visiting a branch.

How to redeem a Mango gift card

Redemption happens during checkout rather than in an account wallet, so have the code to hand when you are ready to confirm the order.

Open the Mango online store for your country, for example mango.com or shop.mango.com.
Choose the fashion or accessory items you want and add them to your basket.
Go to checkout and confirm your order details.
Enter your gift voucher code at the end of the order.
Pay any remaining balance with another method if the order total is higher.

Regions and which card to buy

Each Mango gift card is tied to the Mango store of one country, and the currency printed on the card matches that market. A card issued for one country will not be accepted at the checkout of another, so buy the version for the country the recipient shops in.

If you are unsure, go by the Mango site the recipient orders from and the currency their basket is priced in, rather than where they happen to be travelling.

Regions currently listed for Mango: Portugal, Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Croatia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Austria, Spain and 5 more. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
