Can I use a Nelly.com gift card in another country?

No. Each card belongs to one country's Nelly.com store and its currency. Buy the region the recipient orders from.

What happens if my order costs less than the card value?

The unused value stays on the gift card, so you can apply the same code to a later order until the balance is used up.

What if my basket costs more than the gift card?

Apply the gift card at checkout and pay the remaining amount with another payment method accepted by the store.

How do I receive the code?

The gift card code is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you enter it at the Nelly.com checkout.

Can the card be used on any Nelly.com product?

It is applied as value towards your order at checkout on the matching country store. Any restrictions shown at checkout by Nelly.com apply as normal.

Nelly.com gift cards

A Nelly.com gift card is a prepaid code you apply at the Nelly.com checkout and spend on the fashion the site sells: clothing, dresses, shoes, accessories and beauty.

The code carries a set value in the currency of the store it belongs to, so it works like credit towards an order rather than a discount on a single item.

About Nelly.com gift cards

Nelly.com is an online fashion retailer known for party and occasion wear, everyday clothing, footwear and accessories aimed largely at a younger audience across the Nordics and wider Europe. A gift card can go towards any order the store accepts it on, which makes it a straightforward present for someone who prefers to choose their own size and style.

Values run from small amounts up to larger sums, quoted in euros, Swedish kronor, Danish kroner or Norwegian kroner depending on the store the card belongs to. If you are comparing it with similar codes for other retailers, it sits alongside the rest of the prepaid gift cards sold as redeemable codes.

How to redeem a Nelly.com gift card

Redemption happens during checkout rather than in an account settings page, so add what you want to the basket first.

Open the Nelly.com store for the country your gift card was issued for.
Select the products you want and go to checkout.
Click the "Apply discount code or gift card" button.
Enter the gift card code exactly as supplied.
Confirm to apply the value to your order and complete any remaining balance with another payment method.

Regions and which card to buy

Nelly.com gift cards are tied to a single country store and its currency. A card issued for the Swedish store is spent in Swedish kronor on that storefront, and a euro card issued for one country is not interchangeable with another euro country's card, so the region matters even where the currency matches.

Choose the region that matches the Nelly.com store the recipient actually shops on and the delivery country for their orders. Cards are grouped by region for that reason.

Regions currently listed for Nelly.com: Finland, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, AQ/BV/HM/NL. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
