How to redeem a noon gift card

2. Open 'My Accounts' and select 'Orders' on the website, or 'Gift Card' in the app or mobile web.
3. Choose 'Redeem Gift Card'.
4. Enter the 16 digit gift card number and the 4 digit PIN.
5. Select 'Proceed' to add the amount to your noon pay cashback balance.
6. Choose that balance on the payment page when you place an order.

Regions and account matching

noon gift cards are tied to the country store they were issued for, in the matching currency. A card in Saudi riyals belongs on a Saudi Arabia account, and a card in dirhams belongs on a United Arab Emirates account, so buy for the country the recipient actually shops in.

If you are unsure, check which noon store the account orders from and pick the card in that currency. A card bought for the wrong country cannot be swapped to another store once it has been redeemed.
