How to redeem a Shopee gift card

1. Open the Shopee mobile app for the country the code was issued for and sign in.
2. Choose the items you want and add them to your cart.
3. Proceed to check out.
4. Enter your voucher code under "Shopee Voucher".
5. Continue through the checkout to confirm the order.
6. Pay any remaining balance in the cart using your ShopeePay wallet.

Regions and which card to buy

Shopee runs a separate marketplace in each country it operates in, and a voucher code works only in the store it was issued for. A code for one country cannot be applied to an order placed in another country's Shopee app, and the currency of the code matches that store.

Choose the region that matches the country the recipient shops in and the account they use. If you are buying for someone abroad, confirm which Shopee store they order from before picking a region.
