- Open the icon for reloading UniPin Credits.
- Choose Physical Voucher, then UniPin Code Redemption.
- Enter the voucher PIN exactly as supplied.
- Confirm, and the UniPin Credits are added to your account balance.

UniPin vouchers are issued in a set currency for a set country, and the credits arrive in that currency. Buy the voucher for the country the account is registered and billed in, so the balance can be spent as expected on local game top-ups.
One US dollar voucher is listed as Global rather than tied to a single country, while the rest match a specific market.

- Can I use a UniPin voucher from another country?
- Generally no. Each voucher is tied to a currency and market, so a voucher bought for one country may not redeem on an account set up for another. Match the voucher to the country the account belongs to.
- What happens to credits I do not spend?
- Redeemed credits stay in your UniPin account balance and can be used on a later top-up. The voucher PIN itself can only be redeemed once.
- How do I receive the code?
- The voucher PIN is delivered to your order once payment completes, ready to enter on the UniPin redemption page.
- Do I need a UniPin account first?
