Can I use a Zattini gift card outside Brazil?

No. The balance belongs to the Brazilian store and is redeemed against a CPF or CNPJ, so it only works for orders placed there.

Do I need a Zattini account?

What happens to any leftover balance?

Unspent balance stays attached to the account it was linked to and can be applied to a later order. Check the store's terms of use for the full conditions.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes, ready to be linked on the Zattini site.

Can I combine more than one gift card?

Each code is linked separately to the same CPF or CNPJ, and the registered balance is shown when you choose your payment method.

About Zattini gift cards

Zattini is a Brazilian online retailer known for fashion, trainers, sportswear and accessories from a wide range of labels. A Zattini gift card turns into store balance, so the recipient chooses what to buy rather than receiving a fixed item.

The card suits shoppers in Brazil buying for themselves or sending a present when sizes and tastes are hard to guess. Values run in Brazilian reais, from small amounts suitable for a single accessory up to larger sums for a full outfit. It sits alongside other prepaid gift cards used for online retail.

How to redeem a Zattini gift card

Redemption is done on the Zattini website, where the code is tied to a CPF or CNPJ before it can be spent.

Open the gift card page at www.zattini.com.br/giftty.
Enter your Zattini gift card code.
Link the code to your CPF or CNPJ to register the balance.
Find the code in the Vouchers menu of your account.
Add items to your basket and go to checkout.
Choose the gift card balance when selecting a payment method.
Check the policy and terms of use at www.zattini.com.br/central-de-relacionamento if you need further detail.

Region and account requirements

Zattini gift cards are issued for the Brazilian store and carry a balance in Brazilian reais. Redemption requires a CPF or CNPJ, so the card is intended for shoppers buying from Brazil and cannot be moved to another country's store.

Choose the card that matches the country the recipient shops in. If they do not order from the Brazilian site, the balance will not be usable for them.
