Can I use a Zooplus gift card in another country?

No. The code only works in the Zooplus store it was issued for, so a German card cannot be used on an Austrian order. Choose the region that matches where the recipient orders from.

What happens to any balance I do not spend?

The coupon value is deducted from the order total at checkout. If your basket is worth less than the card, follow the amount shown on your order summary and keep the code details for reference.

Do I need a Zooplus account?

You enter the code in the coupon field on the shopping basket page, so you will need to be able to reach checkout in the relevant Zooplus store.

How do I receive the code?

The gift card code is delivered to your order once payment completes.

Can I combine a gift card with an order paid by card?

The card value is deducted from your basket total, and any remaining amount is paid using your normal payment method at checkout.

Zooplus gift cards

A Zooplus gift card adds a euro balance to a Zooplus order, applied as a coupon code when you check out. It covers the full Zooplus range: dry and wet food for dogs, cats and small pets, litter, treats, toys, beds and accessories.

Codes are tied to the Zooplus store for a single country, so each one is listed by region.

About Zooplus gift cards

Zooplus is an online pet supplies retailer selling food and equipment for dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, fish and reptiles, usually in bulk pack sizes suited to regular household restocking. A gift card lets someone choose their own brands and pack sizes rather than receiving a specific product, which suits owners who already know what their animals eat.

Values are in euros and run from small amounts up to larger ones, so a card can top up a single order or cover a bigger seasonal shop. Zooplus codes sit alongside other prepaid gift cards for retail and household brands.

How to redeem a Zooplus gift card

The code is entered during checkout rather than loaded onto an account, so add the items you want first.

Open the Zooplus site for the country your card is for.
Add your products to the shopping basket.
Click the shopping basket to view your order summary.
Enter the gift card code in the coupon field on the shopping basket page.
Click Redeem.
Check that the gift card value has been deducted before completing the order.

Regions and which card to choose

Zooplus operates separate country stores, and a gift card code is valid in the store it was issued for. A card for the German store will not be accepted as a coupon in the Austrian store, and vice versa.

Buy the card that matches the country the recipient shops and takes delivery in. If you are unsure, check which Zooplus store they normally order from before choosing a region.
