Updating your PSN email ensures you maintain full control of your account.

How to change your email

Go to PlayStation account management and sign in.
Select “Security” from the left sidebar.
Next to your email address, click “Edit”.
Enter your account password to verify.
Enter your new email address.
A verification email will be sent to the new address. Click the link to confirm.

You need your current password to change the email.
If you can’t access the current email, change the password first (using the credentials provided with your purchase).
After changing the email, update your password and enable 2FA.
The sign-in ID (email) is different from your Online ID (gamertag).
