You have purchased a Microsoft 365 account with an active subscription. This gives you access to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft apps. Follow the steps below to get started.
What You Receive
- A Microsoft account login email and password
- An active Microsoft 365 subscription
How to Sign In
- Go to office.com or account.microsoft.com.
- Click “Sign In”.
- Enter the email and password provided to you.
- You will have access to the Office web apps immediately.
- To install desktop apps, go to “Install Office” from the Office home page.
Securing Your Account
- Change the password immediately. Go to account.microsoft.com/security and update your password.
- Enable two-factor authentication under the “Security” settings.
- Do not change the email address unless the product page explicitly says you can.

- Microsoft 365 apps can be installed on PC, Mac, tablet, and phone.
