Ubisoft Connect supports two-step verification via authenticator app. Here’s how to set it up.
How to enable 2FA
- Go to account.ubisoft.com/security-settings and sign in.
- Under “2-Step Verification”, click “Activate”.
- Download an authenticator app if you haven’t already (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
- Scan the QR code shown on screen with your authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app to verify.
- Save the recovery codes provided.
Tips
- Ubisoft only supports authenticator apps for 2FA (not SMS).
- Keep your recovery codes in a safe place.
- You’ll need a code whenever you log in from a new device or browser.
