Key delivery can take up to 15 minutes after your payment is confirmed. This is normal and happens as your order is processed through our secure delivery system.
If more than 15 minutes have passed and you still have not received your key, start by checking your order status. You can do this from your Keydra account dashboard or by using the order link sent to your email.
If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order number and a screenshot of your order status. We will investigate and get your key to you as fast as possible.
