An “On Hold” status means your order is waiting for payment to be received or confirmed. Your order has been placed and your items are reserved, but it will not be fulfilled until the payment clears.
This typically happens when paying by bank transfer or another manual payment method where confirmation is not instant. Once your payment is received and verified, your order will move to Processing and your key will be delivered shortly after.
