About SCS Software

Based in the Czech Republic, SCS Software both develops and publishes its own work, concentrating on vehicle simulation with a calm, open-ended structure: pick a load, plan a route, watch the kilometres pass. Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator are the two pillars, each expanded over years with regional maps and vehicle content.

Around them sit smaller, more focused titles. Scania Truck Driving Simulator and Trucks & Trailers deal in manoeuvring and precision, while Bus Driver puts passengers and timetables first. The result is a line-up that sits between simulation and indie design, with touches of casual, adventure and racing.

Games and series in the catalogue

Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator lead the list, both sold as keys and as accounts, with Euro Truck Simulator 2 also offered as a gift. Bundles gather them with extra content, including the Euro Truck Simulator 2 Gold Bundle, the American Truck Simulator Enchanted Bundle and a Euro Truck Simulator 2 pairing with Scania Truck Driving Simulator.

Much of the catalogue is add-on content, so DLC and expansions make up a large share: map packs such as Going East!, Scandinavia, Idaho and Montana, and cosmetic sets like the Wheel Tuning Pack. These require the matching base game on your account before they unlock.

Everything runs on Steam for PC, including the older Euro Truck Simulator, Trucks & Trailers and Bus Driver, with releases spanning 2013 to 2023.

How buying works

All of these titles activate on Steam, so a Steam account is what you need.
