Can I use a French or German voucher on an account in another country?

No. Country specific vouchers are meant for a Deezer account registered in that same country. Only codes listed as Global are free of that restriction.

Do I need to enter card details?

Yes. Deezer requires an active payment method on the account before a subscription code can be activated.

How do I receive the code?

The code is delivered to your order once payment completes.

What happens when the subscription period ends?

Access reverts to whatever the account would otherwise have. There is no leftover balance, as the voucher covers a fixed number of months rather than a wallet amount.

What is the difference between Premium, Duo and Family?

Premium covers one listener, Duo is intended for two people and Family is a household plan. Pick the plan that matches how many people will be listening.

Deezer subscription vouchers

Deezer subscription vouchers unlock a set period of ad-free music streaming on a Deezer account. Redeem a code and the chosen plan runs for the stated number of months, giving access to the full catalogue, offline listening and high quality audio across phones, computers, tablets and supported speakers.

About Deezer

Deezer is a music streaming service with a large catalogue of tracks, albums, podcasts and radio, plus playlists and personalised recommendations. A voucher suits anyone who wants to pay for listening up front rather than through a rolling card payment, and it works just as well as a gift for someone who already uses the service.

Durations run from a single month up to a full year, across the Premium, Duo and Family plans. Deezer sits alongside other prepaid codes and vouchers for streaming and entertainment services.

How to redeem a Deezer voucher

A Deezer account is needed before a code can be applied, and an active payment method must be on file for the code to activate the subscription.

Create a Deezer account, or sign in to an existing one.
Add an active payment method to the account.
Open the Deezer page for redeeming a code.
Enter the voucher code exactly as supplied.
Confirm the plan and duration shown, then start listening.

Regions and where the voucher works

Deezer vouchers are issued for a particular country and are applied to a Deezer account registered in that country. Choose the version that matches the country the listener's account is set to, since a code for one country will usually not apply to an account elsewhere.

Where a code is listed as Global, it is not tied to a single country and can be applied more widely. Regional versions, by contrast, follow the store and account of the country named.

Regions currently listed for Deezer: France, Global, Germany. Use the region filter beside the results to see the cards for one country.
