How to redeem a Netflix gift card

- Sign in to the Netflix account you want to credit, or create one.
- Go to netflix.com/redeem.
- Enter the 11-digit PIN code from the gift card.
- Confirm to apply the amount to the account balance.
- Check the account page to see the credit and when it will be used.
Regions and which card to choose
Netflix gift cards are issued per country and in that country's currency, so a code is meant for an account billed in the matching region. Buy the card for the country the recipient actually watches and is billed in, not the country they happen to be travelling in, as a code from the wrong market may not be accepted at redemption.
Cards marked Global are not tied to a single national storefront in the same way. Where a region covers a currency zone rather than one country, such as euro cards, check that the account is billed in that currency before buying.

Common questions
- Can I use a Netflix gift card from another country?
- Usually not. Codes are tied to the country and currency they were issued for, and Netflix checks this when the PIN is entered. Choose the card that matches the account's billing country.
- How do I receive the code?
- The 11-digit PIN is delivered to your order once payment completes, and you enter it on the Netflix redemption page.
- What happens to leftover balance?
- Credit stays on the Netflix account and is used automatically against future billing periods until it runs out. Once the balance is too small to cover a month, Netflix charges the remaining amount to the payment method on file.
- Does a gift card give a set number of months?
- No. It adds an amount of credit, and how many months that covers depends on the plan the account is subscribed to.
