How to redeem a Disney code

The steps depend on which type of code you have. Subscription cards on many listings ask you to set up a Disney+ account with payment details before the code is applied, and the subscription continues at the ongoing monthly price once the paid period ends unless it is cancelled.

1. Check whether your code is a Disney gift card or a Disney+ subscription code.
2. For a gift card, open the Disney Gift Card page at disneystore.com.
3. Enter your card details in the gift card fields.
4. For a subscription code, open the link supplied with the order.
5. Sign in to your Disney+ account, or create one if you do not have it.
6. Enter the subscription code and confirm to complete registration.

Regions and where each code works

Disney codes are tied to the country they were issued for. A gift card applies to the Disney store of its region and is held in that region's currency, while a Disney+ subscription card is applied to an account registered in the matching country.

Buy the code for the country the recipient actually shops or streams in, since a code issued elsewhere is unlikely to be accepted on an account set to a different country.
