How to redeem a Meta Quest gift card

The code can be entered in the Meta Quest mobile app or through a web browser. A step by step walkthrough with screenshots is in the help centre guide.

1. Install the Meta Quest app on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Sign in with your Meta account, or create one.
3. Open the menu and go to Wallet.
4. Tap the plus button to open Add to Wallet, then choose Gift Card.
5. Enter the gift card code and confirm with Redeem.
6. Alternatively, sign in on the Meta Quest redeem code page in a browser and enter the code there.
7. Spend the wallet balance on apps and experiences in the Meta Quest Store.

Regions and account matching

Meta Quest gift cards are tied to the country of the store they were issued for, so the currency and the account region have to line up. A card bought for one country will not load onto a Meta account set to another, and the subscription keys work the same way.

Check which country the recipient's Meta account and Quest Store are set to, then choose the card for that country and currency.
