Can I use a United States Tidal gift card in another country?

No. A card issued for the United States is intended for a Tidal account registered there. Pick the region that matches the account.

How do I receive the code?

The code or account credentials are delivered to your order once payment completes.

What happens to leftover balance?

Credit applied to a Tidal account stays on the account and goes towards the subscription until it is used up.

What is the difference between a gift card and a Hi-Fi Plus account?

A gift card adds credit that you apply during sign up on your own account. A Hi-Fi Plus account is supplied with credentials and covers the advertised period of the plan.

Should I use a subscription account as my main account?

It is better used only for access to the content. Adding a payment method or changing the region may result in the account being banned.

Tidal gift cards and subscription codes

Tidal is a music streaming service known for high fidelity audio, curated editorial and artist-focused playlists. A Tidal gift card adds credit towards a streaming plan, while subscription codes cover a set run of Hi-Fi Plus listening.

Both suit listeners who want lossless sound without a recurring card on file, and they work as a gift for anyone who follows music closely.

About Tidal gift cards

Tidal streams millions of tracks, music videos and playlists, with Hi-Fi Plus tiers aimed at people who care about audio quality. A Tidal gift card is applied at sign up and puts credit towards the subscription, so listening continues without entering payment details each month.

Face values run from modest top-ups to amounts that cover a longer stretch of listening, alongside Hi-Fi Plus options measured in months. If you buy music streaming and other digital credit regularly, Tidal sits alongside the rest of the prepaid and gift card range.

How to redeem a Tidal gift card

Gift cards are entered on the Tidal gift card page. Subscription accounts are accessed with the credentials supplied and should be secured straight away.

Go to TIDAL.com/GiftCards.
Type in your 10 digit code.
Follow the sign up prompts to start or continue your plan.
For a subscription account, sign in with the credentials supplied.
Check the plan and remaining period are as advertised.
Change the email address and password, then add two factor authentication.

Regions and which Tidal card to choose

Tidal gift cards are issued for a specific country and are redeemed against an account registered in that country, so choose the card that matches where the listener signs in and is billed. A card bought for the wrong country may not be accepted at redemption.

Options marked Global are not tied to a single country. If you are buying as a present, confirm the recipient's account country before selecting.
