If you have not yet viewed the key (meaning you did not click the “Reveal” button), you can request a return within 14 days of your purchase. Simply contact us through our contact page or send an email to [email protected] with your order number and we will take care of it.
If you have already revealed the key, unfortunately our policy does not allow refunds unless the delivered product is faulty. Once a key has been shown, we have no way to verify that it has not been used or shared, which is why this policy exists.
