Yes. When a refund is approved, you can choose to receive it as either Keydra store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Store credit is issued as a coupon code tied to your account and can be used on any future purchase. If you would prefer the money back on your card, PayPal, or whichever method you used, just let our support team know and they will process it that way.
Keep in mind that refunds to the original method depend on your payment provider’s processing times. In some cases, a small non-recoverable processing fee charged by the payment provider may be deducted where permitted by law.
