Yes. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before delivery begins (which happens on or after the game’s official release date).
Pre-order refunds default to Keydra store credit, but you can request a refund to your original payment method instead. Just let our support team know your preference when you request the cancellation.
Once the pre-order has been delivered and the key is available, standard refund rules apply: you can still get a refund if the key has not been revealed, but once it is shown to you the withdrawal right no longer applies.
