When you purchase a game account from Keydra, you receive login credentials (email/username and password) that give you instant access to the game. This is a general guide that applies to most platforms.
General steps
- Download and install the relevant launcher or app for the platform (Steam, Epic Games, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, etc.).
- Open the launcher and click “Sign In” or “Log In”.
- Enter the email/username and password provided in your order.
- Once signed in, go to your Library or Games section. The game will already be there.
- Click “Download” or “Install” and start playing once the download completes.
After first login — secure your account
- Change the password — Use the platform’s account settings to set a new password you control.
- Change the email — Update the account email to your own personal email address.
- Enable 2FA — Turn on two-factor authentication for maximum security.

Important notes
- Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
- Only log in on devices you trust and own.
- If the account has two-factor authentication already enabled, the verification details are included in your order or available from our support team.
- Do not contact the platform’s support to claim you are the “original owner” — this can result in the account being locked.
