Regions and account country

Codes are tied to the country set on the Google account. A code issued for one country will not apply to an account registered in another, so match the code to the country the recipient's account uses rather than where they happen to be watching.

Some keys cover a wide spread of countries at once, and the Global listings are not limited to a single market. Where a code names a country or a region, use it on an account in that market.
